Welfare Services Ernakulam has special consultative status with Add India (Action on Disability and Development India) an organization working with persons with disabilities for positive change. For Welfare Services Ernakulam, Community Based Rehabilitation is a strategy and an approach within the general public for their rehabilitation, equalization of opportunities and social inclusion of all children with disability.
