The old age home named Soukya Sadan functions at Chethicode in Ernakulam District of Kerala. It accommodates 50 inmates ensuring their wellness and happy life in this peaceful abode. The home is run independently with the contributions and own fund of the organization. The main activities of the Old Age Home are medical care, day care and residential facilities, dispensary services, counseling support and Socio-cultural programs besides the day to day management of the inmates.

The Basic Facility centre at N. Paravoor is functioning well and many children with disabilities and other persons with disabilities are making use of therapy facilities. The services provided through this facility centre include physiotherapy, audio-therapy and speech therapies with the support of aids and equipments in a systematic way.

The Banana Village at Parambayam, Angamaly is a resource centre in agriculture related activities for the farmers in and around the villages. It was established with objective of imparting training to the farmers in the nearby villages with advanced skills and information on sustainable agriculture practices.
